Kathy & Jimmy Todd are the founders and apostolic leaders of Catalyst 416, Inc, a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia. The name Catalyst was given by the Lord through a prophetic revelation and represents the rapid change that occurs during transformation and therefore is the true representation of what Catalyst 416 stands for in fulfilling Ephesians 4:16.
Kathy is an ordained minister and a commissioned apostolic leader, whose goal is to see the Body of Christ trained, equipped and activated to fulfill their original design and purpose.

Kathy serves as the State of Georgia's Apostolic Coordinator for Strategic Prayer Apostolic Network (SPAN); and a member of the International Freedom Group, a network of deliverance ministers that raises up deliverance ministers and connects them together - both under the leadership of Greg and Rebecca Greenwood of Christian Harvest International. Kathy also serves as a member of the Apostolic Council and Regional Ambassador for Pray Georgia, a Georgia statewide collaborative prayer network.

Kathy and Jimmy live in rural Bulloch County and have seven children, seventeen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Kathy and Jimmy are aligned with Kingdom Authority Ministry, led by Lynn and Ed Alderson, Kingdom Harvest Alliance, led by Dr. Chuck Pierce and Christian Harvest International led by Dr. Rebecca & Greg Greenwood. Kathy is also an authorized instructor for Christian Harvest International Equipping Network authorized to teach and train others in Ministering the Spiritual Gifts series.
